We went to a show in Palo Duro Canyon which was really fun and cool. The canyon was beautiful, like it was amazing. I want to go back and ride horses through it, which I know you can do because there was a little ranch on the side of a cliff that side trail rides or something. It’s a really cool place. It’s uber flat though well beside you know the canyon but everything else really flat. Lucy and Dad think it’s ugly out here because it’s just flat and brownish yellow but I think it’s really nice. It’s like a different kind of beauty than at home. I think I’ve seen more cows and horses in the past few days than I have seen in the rest of my life! I really want to come back maybe in the winter or something though cause it’s sooo hot. It’s not as bad as Louisiana hotness since it isn’t very humid though. There’s extreme fire danger here and we’ve seen places were there’s been fires that jump the highway and we saw a field that was still smoldering! It’s supposed to be 106 degrees today!
