New Orleans from Lucy Fri 6/24/11

Thursday night our generous hosts took us out to dinner at R&O’s restaurant and catering. It served a seafood and Italian. The food was amazing. I tried shrimp, fried shrimp, stuffed crab, crawfish, fried catfish, fried oyster and gumbo. I liked it all except the gumbo and fried oyster. The stuffed crab was ok, but I wouldn’t order it myself. I LOVED New Orleans so much. Wednesday we went walking in French Quarter with Diane and eat bejaiges. They were so good. I think dad already wrote that but it doesn’t matter. Thursday we walked around the city and shopped. Thursday afternoon we went to the aquarium. It was awesome there. I loved all the other places we went but New Orleans was the best. Thank you so much Diane and Rick for being our host. I had a blast. Also tell Strips I said hi. -Lucy
