Lucy 7/18

Yellowstone park was really cool. I became another Junior Ranger. Then we went to Mt. Rushmore and Bear Country U.S.A. There were bear, bison, mountain goats, mountain lions, mule deer, big horn sheep, artic wolves and then there was a baby land. In Bear country we got stuck and had to be towed out. We let it sit for a while in the parking lot and it worked fine till we were 2.2 miles away from our campground. You know all about that. Then when we got to Mitchell, SD and broke down again. There happened to be a parade about to start so we watched that for over an hour. I caught lots of candy. The parade was really cool. Saturday night we went to a rodeo. I didn’t like the part when the tied down the calves and when they wrested the cow but the rest was fun. They had a candy thing for kids and I got lots of candy there too.

 

When I get home I have a list of things I need to do:

-eat one of moms great home cooked meals

-visit with mom

-play with Ziggy and Oscar

-see Nana

-see the alpacas and crias

-see the twins

-see Emily and her family

-see Grammie and Grampies

-swim in the river

-swim at the rapids

-swim in Grampie’s pool (even if it’s not fixed)

-go to a jay green concert

- go to Devin’s deli and get a chef salad

-have a bonfire

And the most important one

I WILL NEVER TAKE MY MOM FOR GRANTED EVER AGAIN!!!!

I miss her sooooo much <3 <3 <3
